Disclaimer of Warranty
Concept Industries Pty Ltd ("Concept Industries") endeavours to deliver quality workmanship and materials to all of its valued clients.
The services provided and products and components sold together with information provided by Concept industries or information provided at its web site are provided without any express or implied warranties of any kind.
Concept Industries expressly disclaims any representations and warranties, including without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for particular purpose. Concept Industries reserves the right tom make product improvements and changes without incurring liability with respect to similar products and components previously manufactured.
Concept Industries shall have absolutely no liability in connection with the services provided and products and components sold including without limitation, sand assumes no responsibility for improper fitment, compatibility with other products, incorrect information, calibration, software conflicts, consequential damage or any other concerns or damage arising form the services provided by Concept Industries shall have no liability for:
- Any loss or injury caused, in whole or in part, by its actions, omissions, or negligence, or for contingencies beyond its control, with its services provided and products and components sold;
- Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in Information supplied to clients regardless of how caused, or delays or interruptions in delivery of the Information; or
- Any Decision made or action taken or not taken in reliance upon the Information furnished hereunder.
Returns
Products and components returned to Concept Industries for repairs may or may not incur a repair charge and each return will be assessed on an individual basis. Any products or components found to have been tampered with either intentionally or unintentionally will be charged at an hourly rate for repairs. No products or components should be returned to Concept Industries without first notifying Concept Industries of the intended return. Any request to return products and components to Concept Industries must be make within twelve (12) months of the purchase date. In the event that the request is not made within the twelve (12) month period then the purchaser waives their right to return the product or component. All products and components returned to Concept Industries must be accompanied with a copy of the invoice and must be delivered by freight pre-paid. A restocking fee of 15% may be applied by Concept Industries at its discretion.
No Warranty, representation or Guarantee
Concept Industries makes no warranty, representation or guarantee as to the content, accuracy, timelines or completeness of any of any Information supplied or that the Information may be relied upon for any reason. Concept Industries makes no warranty, representation or guaranty that the Information will be error free or that any defects can be corrected. Concept Industries shall not be held liable for any loss, damage or injury, direct or indirect, arising from the use of, or the inability to determine the use of any product or component or the services provided by Concept Industries. Before using any product or component supplied by Concept Industries, the purchaser shall determine the suitability of the product for its intended use and the purchaser shall assume all responsibility and the risk in connection thereof.
For purposes of the section, Concept Industries shall include CRD Engineering and its divisions, subsidiaries, successors, parent companies, and their employees, partners, principals, agents and representatives, and any third-party providers or sources of information or data
